“I just have to say that from start to finish, Sir Grout is King.
I bought my place a few years ago and I have tried everything and I mean EVERY.THING. to clean up my grout. After finally purchasing a bottle of $14 Grout Restore and spending 4 hours applying it... I should've just jumped off a building. I gave up. It looked terrible.
In comes Chris. I got a quick time for an estimate and the work was scheduled for a few weeks out. Extremely reasonable price, friendly and sincere, and he even talked to my dad to reassure him about Sir Grout.
Chris, the worker, came in yesterday and spent the day on alllll of my tiles. By the end of the day, I couldn't believe the difference. He left me with a cleaner, some touch up bottles, and was attentive to all of my questions.
Today I get an email from the owner checking in and making sure I was happy. I'm a very happy customer.
