“I have purchased 6 exquisite rugs from ALRUG company, and my mother bought one as well. Each one I bought is a different style: Jaldar, Kazak, Bokhara, and Oushak. Every single one is a beautiful piece of art, bringing character and style to my home. They are all unique in their design, and in my opinion, the quality of every rug I received is outstanding - to the touch and to the eye. The colors are as displayed on the website, and the rugs seems meticulously constructed and solid.
Like many buyers, it is a difficult thing to buy such items from the internet, because one does not know initially what we will receive and who we are dealing with. I looked around, read many reviews, and decided to try with one first. I was very impressed with the carpet, that I proceeded to buy from ALRUG all the rugs for my new home. I was not disappointed. Very importantly, the rugs are at accessible prices, making it possible to own beautiful carpets in one's home.
ALRUG's selection is outstanding. What is also noteworthy, is that they will find exactly what you want if you do not immediately find it in their current selection. The choices seem vast. When I saw an item of interest, I presented it to them and requested a particular size or a different color variation - they found exactly what I was looking for.
From purchase to delivery, my experience has been that each step was executed professionally, ethically and seamlessly. The rugs arrived in excellent condition, and very promptly. “I purchased Karastan carpet for my basement recreation room and luxury vinyl tile for a 3 foot area in front of a walk up wet bar that I had installed. The customer service I received was outstanding. Michael helped me with the carpet and padding selection and was very patient with me as I made my decision. Once installed, the carpet feels so soft and silky to my bare feet! Stacey helped me with the selection of luxury vinyl tile to go in front of my wet bar. She spent a lot of time with me offering advice in coordinating the tile selection with my carpet, cabinetry and counter top. She even came to my house and brought samples so that I could see them in my wet bar area. She was very friendly and kind to my dog, Rocky, who was very curious about the whole process! She was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. Sherry coordinated the scheduling of the carpet and tile installation and was extremely patient and professional. She did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process. The installation of both the carpet and tile was done in a very timely and professional manner. The installation of the carpet involved moving some very heavy pieces of furniture which was accomplished without complaint and with much patience. I highly recommend Flooring America and would buy from them again without hesitation.”

“Clawes refinished my wood floors on the main floor of my house and installed new carpeting in the upper level of the house. They were on time, and did a very good job with everything. Their prices weren't the lowest for the carpeting but I did get a very nice quality product. The installation was excellent. The wood floor refinishing was priced competitively when you consider that they always apply 3 coats of polyurethane. All the other companies I talked to only apply 2 coats.”
