We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! Eric also communicated with us frequently and kept us posted every step along the way. The team completed the project— not just on time— but nearly one week ahead of schedule! “Jason and crew did a fantastic job from start to finish - exceeding our expectations and then some all within budget. We were so impressed with the initial quality of work, we elected to stretch the budget a bit and add on some additional lightning and lattice work. 99% of our projects have ended with that hollow feeling of "getting screwed" - I can say investing in a deck through Freed is the first time I've ever felt like I potentially "underpaid" for the quality of craftsmanship. Extra touches like angling the floorboards for visual interest, LED light placement in the risers and lower level perimeter were more than just finishing off our project, Jason was putting his "stamp" on our vision. Unfortunately, all systems installed failed and we suffered water damage and an unusable space for long periods after it rained. Joe Nangle and team turned my leaky and eye-sore patio roof into a very attractive, waterproof space which we now enjoy daily - rain or shine. With this success, we are now considering using Joe to expand and redesign our porch. I particularly like the use of his online graphic rendering tool which makes it easy to collaborate on design changes. Hence, I highly recommend Joe as a contractor.”

“I know people are often looking for good contractors, and I wanted to share the AMAZING experience we had with Distinctive Designers & Builders. This is long, but worth it: https://dd-builders.com/ We recently hired them to build a mudroom, and they were professional, efficient, creative, and timely with every aspect of the project-and compared to a few other quotes we got, they were middle of the road. From day one, they were easy to get ahold of and always in communication. They showed up every morning, including Saturdays, at 7:30 and worked many days until sun down! We couldn’t believe it. The project took just over 3 weeks from start to finish. The crew was polite, professional, clean, and focused. Each time there was even a slight variation from our original contract (which often happens with projects like this), they created an addendum and we reviewed and signed it, before they proceeded. Marc, the foreman, is phenomenal. He came up with creative solutions we needed help with (the dog bowls for one), and had great rapport with his team and with us. Please PM me with any questions-but honestly this was the best experience we’ve had working with anyone, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects!”
