“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”

“American Deck and Patio recently designed and built my beautiful outdoor living space that includes a paver patio and screened porch. They were great to work with the whole process was transparent. American Deck and Patio maintained a clean job site every day which I found important being a parent to young children and being part of a strict home association.”

“TRS installed a 12' by 14' Four Seasons sun room above a walk-in storage area. Storage room included construction of a concrete slab floor and concrete foundation, framing of walls, and installation of vinyl siding to match main structure. Project included electrical service and heating/AC. TRS completed this project on time and in budget. Very responsive to change orders requested by us. Totally satisfied with the finished product and the service provided by TRS.”

“Sport Court DC and Scott Kidd put in my basketball court 8 years ago and it still looks great and plays fantastic. There has been very little need for maintenance, but when there is, they do a top-notch job - mostly powerwashing and realigning the court every 4 years or so. The quality of the floor is better than any gym floor - I've proven it scientifically. And the goal is NBA worthy and sturdy, plus easy to adjust.”

“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

“We recently had our 20 yr old wood deck refurbished with new vinyl flooring and railing. It turned out much better than we had imagined. Other companies tried to talk us into building a whole new deck, but Brandon assured us that it wasn't necessary -and saved us a significant amount of money. “We hired Design Builders to replace our rotting deck. We worked together on the design and the process was excellent. James listened carefully and provided us with ideas and sketches. The collaboration was superb. We decided to extend the deck and add a pavilion. We found that the Design Builders price was competitive with other bidders. The construction period went quite well. The workers undertook their tasks seriously and kept the area around clean. The duration of the construction project was very reasonable and well within the estimated time. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Design Builders for other projects of this type.”
