Not only does he design and build award winning decks, he also is able to bring his creative craftsmanship inside the home. Bob has designed and built a bar, fireplace mantle, bookcases, raised paneling, crown molding, and many other projects along with building our deck. His work is just extraordinary. Along with his woodworking skill Bob also has the ability to communicate his vision and allows for revisions during a project. This always results in 100% satisfaction.”

He worked with us to design a custom deck that we can enjoy for years to come. The job turned out beautifully. I was shocked at how efficient a carpenter Dan Miles is and how quickly my back yard went from a small builder's concrete slab, to a fantastic cedar deck. “My Deck built us a beautiful large composite deck with full metal railings, 2 sets of stairs, built in lights and a hot tub cutout and pad. They also did all the wiring for the new hot tub and handled all delivery, set up, construction, permits, inspections and cleanup. I can not say enough about the crews, and the professionalism of the team that worked at our house. To have them handle everything and turn over a BEAUTIFUL deck and hot tub without us having to do anything was a pleasure. From the time we met with the owner and drew up the plans to the end when he turned over a finished product, they were professional and courteous, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a deck or any construction.”

“Mr Shedlock was very professional and i could sense his experience would yield and excellent job. I was not disappointed. He kept his appointments with me ON TIME. He set a schedule for the new deck to be built and spot on with the timing of all the steps needed. Foundations poured, inspections by the town performed quickly and deck delivered on schedule. I had knowledgeable people inspect the work and complimented the soundness and precision of the engineering. I STRONGLY ENDORSE HIM FOR HIS EXCELLENT DECK WORK!!”

“We hired Andriy and Star Touch NYC to replace our old, rotting deck with a new deck made of composite materials. He started the job on a Monday and was done by Saturday. He suggested lighting, which we really love, and built a corner bench seat with a table in the middle and wide arm rests for drinks. His crew showed up on time each day, cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. We are so happy to have our new deck and enjoy it this summer. We highly recommend Star Touch NYC.”
