They patiently worked with us for many hours to come up with an open area redesign for our kitchen, dining room, and living room area. The work began in the month of December so we were apprehensive about not having a kitchen available for Christmas but they promised us we would. Well it was close but they fulfilled their promise on time and within budget. They had a great team of skilled workers that paid attention to details which was important to us. “My husband and I built our dream home - and Susan Thorsen Interiors is who we chose to help us make all of our interior choices. The choices are overwhelming but I really felt that they listened to my style and what I was going for - as well as breaking down costs. “Marty of MS Evans Construction was referred to us by a friend. After interviewing a few contractors, we felt the most comfortable with Marty as he quickly gave us an estimate and was highly responsive, did a thorough review and was very honest. Our overall experience was SO much better than I could have imagined. My top ten favourite aspects of the experience: 1. The quality of the work was phenomenal. We are SO happy with the results. He coordinated (and did a lot of the work for) tearing out a kitchen wall, removing a closet, putting in a new wall, working with electricians, stripping and leveling floors, coordinating the new kitchen to be put in (work a lot with our cabinet guys) and really helping making sure everything was cohesive in this old house. 2. We asked him to completely remodel the interior of our 1700 square foot home in a little over a month. 3. He was a GREAT communicator. He texts, he emails, he calls when he needs feedback, etc. 4. He saw issues in advanced. The best example is the door... he discovered that we would need to raise the door because the flooring we switched to required a higher door. 5. In the end, I trusted Marty a lot. He was very forthcoming and honest. 6. He was very flexible and had a can-do attitude. My husband took a couple days off of work and him and Marty painted a lot of the house (and the ceilings. 7. As a general contractor, Marty partners with others to get the work done. Overall, we were pretty impressed with the people that he partnered with. 8. Marty worked well with others. We probably had about 10 other contractors come in for some other work (installing vent hoods, flooring, asbestos removal, etc.) Not everyone was as pleasant as Marty and he helped make everything just work. 9. We felt the pricing was fair for Marty and us. Much better than other bids that we received. 10. Marty was great to work with: super normal, nice, funny guy. You end up spending a lot of time with your contractor, so this is important. You need someone you feel comfortable with in your home.”

“I had been inside other floor store's, and there I had found what I wanted. They also instructed what would occur in the process, and where informative on explaining what to expect. Cindy R. was also a huge help her & I looked through several pieces of different brands of flooring. She told me to pick the one we both agreed upon, because it was the most durable especially if I was going to rent it out. There Tech's are nice also try different techniques, and make there work/part of house being worked on like it was re-built. They have the selection's within the store, and I had made a scheduled time the following week. It had took them 1 day to redo both my kitchen/entrance hallway.”
