“Remodeling has been a blast for me. The previous contractor I worked with was result-oriented and highly skilled and now with Eco Home Builders, I feel like I have been blessed for a second time. I hear some stores of outright bad and shabby contractors. Thankfully I have been left out ever since. Eco Home Builders has once again met the mark and they did so brilliantly. Working with Alan was joyous and productive. We had so much in common and connected quickly. He was of great help during the remodel and was instructive in seeing my home goals. “I was introduced to this website through a quick Google search to remodel my kitchen. They have a unique platform that saved me a lot of time. I received the estimate based on my needs extremely fast without annoying salespeople stepping into my home. I started the remodeling shortly after a quick conversation with their local team. I loved the idea that I could pick and choose most of the materials directly on the platform and see what the kitchen would look like. The kitchen came out super nice and, more importantly, exactly how we designed it on the platform. The initial estimate was relatively accurate and made my life much easier. I would highly recommend the service.”

“I highly recommend Marwan and Ocean Drive designs. He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. You won’t find a nicer and more ethical designer & contractor than Marwan. We highly recommend Ocean Drive Designs and will definitely use them for any future projects.”

“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. If an opportunity arises, I would hire them again. -RD, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego”

“Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. If you're looking for honest and responsible company who doesn't compromise on quality use Optimal. We'll definitely use them for our future projects.”
