“Apex was wonderful to work with from estimate through design to completion. Our project was remodeling a small guest bathroom (7'8" x 7'3") in a 110 year old house. We wanted a bath with modern amenities but in a style that was period-appropriate to our home. We replaced the shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower. The project was completed as scheduled and within budget. Workers showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly, respectful, responsive, and professional. We felt they really listened and understood our vision for the project. Many thanks to the Apex crew, especially JB, Matt, Tony, and Steve.”

“Wayne and Julie were wonderful to work with. We did a kitchen remodel. They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. We were always kept aware of the schedule, any changes to it and what to expect next. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and our satisfaction met. “Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Carter Custom Construction and will use them again in a heartbeat for another project.”

In addition, we utilized XL Outdoor to remove our exterior stucco and re-side our entire home with beautiful James Hardie siding. “This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. I would recommend anyone to Nikki or Mark at Hebert Homes!”

“For the past several months, Phil has managed an extensive corporate office building renovation in Lindstrom, MN. He and his contracting crews have been efficient, courteous, respectful and innovative while keeping mindful of the tight project costs and timeline. Phil's experience and ability to visualize a project is extremely helpful in understanding challenges and opportunities as the project has progressed. Communication regarding project scope, timing, and change order costs during the project was timely and comprehensive. The renovation project is in the final stages and has had very minor changes that were not discovered during the planning stage. I have enjoyed working with Phil on this project and will definitely consider working with Wise Design & Remodel LLC on any future building projects.”
