“We did our master bathroom with gpi builders , we just buy our new house in Sartoga ca , our master bathroom was to small and not so nice, We found out about gpi from friends that was very happy with this company so we invited them for estimate, Ben the project manager come for the meeting he give as some ideas and some options for design, he suggest to take out The closet in the hallway and to add it to the bathroom, it's was amazing idea!! We decided to move forward with gpi the did everything for us , permit and the plan and was very clear about the scoop of work, no surprise!! The remodeling take 4 weeks ( like Ben say ) And our bathroom look so beautiful, we really have now mustaer suit bedroom! Highly recommend!!!”

“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. If you are looking for a good contractor, look no further! I am very satisfied!!! Thank you Tony and Nuhome! -Clement”

Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didn’t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “My rule of thumb is to get 3 quotes and pick the middle. I also tend to believe that projects can double in time and cost. Juan and Outertainments asked about our budget and then stuck to it (the only of the 3). Juan was very genuine in his feedback when we were getting our initial quote. Unlike other quotes where it was "yes" to everything (inevitably blowing the budget away), he helped us understand the value of some choices over others (e.g. cement vs pavers). Since this type of project was unfamiliar to us and we weren't certain on details beyond some high level things, he was able to take our suggestions and help us understand the final results. He was also flexible with giving us a few quotes as well as understanding what aspects could be split out to future projects. Abel (the foreman) and his crew came out and were PHENOMENAL. They were thorough and professional. They went above and beyond regularly. I joked with him on the last day that I'll be seeing him soon when we're ready for the front yard to be updated. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

It took a little longer than we expected because of covid 19 but Their customer service was excellent and they managed to finish the project quickly after the lockdown, so we are happy with there service and the results came just like the 3D design. Highly recommend!”

“Very very economical rates and fantastic services. I got my kitchen and bathrooms redone. Team was really cooperative through out the project plus they gave enough time to the project to satisfy me. :) I didn't have to face any sort of trouble during the project as it was done in the given time. Very highly appreciated and recommended to others. :)”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Lecut Construction is one of the best remodeling companies out there! We contacted them looking for help with an our kitchen remodeling project. Their friendly receptionist replied promptly and we had a project manager,Michael and guy , at our house in just few days. The project managers Michael and guys was extremely attentive to all our concerns and questions and took full control of all the necessary paperwork and scheduling. Prior to contracting with Lecut we have postponed our project multiple times in fear of the headache and time-consumption we expected to have, however, Michael and guy made the project effortless for us. After the completion our kitchen looks incredible! Prior to committing to Lecut we have consulted with multiple companies, but none came near to the in-depth knowledge, caring customer service, and detailed quote and project plan that Lecut provided. We are looking forward to contacting LeCut for all of our future renovations and highly recommending.”
