“I am in the process of building a modern Arts and Crafts house, which is going very smoothly. From what I have observed, the teams of workers - basement, framing, roofing - have all worked well and quickly, and speak highly of Derek. Derek and I meet regularly to assess what is next for deadlines and within budget, and he patiently answers/explains my many information requests. ( We have known each other now for two and a half years in getting this whole project going.) Workmanship is excellent quality based on Derek's experience in housebuilding from start to finish and organization of the worker teams so everyone always knows where to go, when, and there is never a dull moment at any work site. I would be very pleased to highly recommend Buffalo Bungalow - in fact, my sister and brother in law will be using Derek for a future project.”

“Fabio went to our house to install the kitchen tiles and the laminates. His work was perfect in every instance and he actually did much more than he was asked. He knew we had only 3 weeks in total to renovate the entire house and he made sure not only to meet his targets but to also support the other contractors to meet theirs. He helped them to finalize the stairs and the tapping throughout the ceiling and walls. What an amazing result! I completely recommend him!!”

“Fast, efficient, come in at or below estimate, do excellent work. You can't do better. One slight quibble, they aren't as careful with landscaping as I would wish. Still, I have used them on several properties I own and I use them even though I could hire cheaper firms.”

“Jeremy and crew converted an empty attic area above our garage into a modern office that is now accessible from the house. This job required work in the following areas: electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing and window installation. All work was completed within the agreed deadline and the quality of work was impressive.
