“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”

“Beisas has done a number of projects for me, primarily concrete work, including a very long driveway with built-in drainage, retaining walls and sidewalk work. Most recently they removed an old cyclone fence and put in a nice wood fence with retaining wall. Their work is always excellent. They are always on schedule, very pleasant workers, and the price is right! I would not hesitate to hire them again!”

“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. “We originally hired Mosaik Design to do some simple updating of cabinets and lighting in our kitchen. During the demolition of the cabinets a piece of flawed granite was discovered and we decided to proceed with a totally new kitchen design which enhanced and changed our main living area. From the creative design of the new floor plan to the finished project, the Mosaik team was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and used top notch subcontractors. We are extremely happy with the work they did for us and highly recommend them.”

“Revive Remodeling did an outstanding job on remodeling our master bath. From the initial contact when Don came to our house to understand what we wanted in a bath remodel, they took our ideas and design concepts and made them a reality. Laurie kept us appraised of when a specific contract was coming so we always knew what to expect. I highly recommend them for any remodeling job. I've seen their work on other projects and the work quality is consistent, no matter the type of remodel. Total costs were in line with what we expected as well. We are very happy with the finished product. We now have a showcase, highly functional, and fun bathroom.”
