She has done custom bedding and rugs, window treatments, reupholstery, furniture, artwork, accessories, and even helped design a custom-built desk for my daughter’s room. “As the master bath was our first total “gut” renovation ever, we were most grateful to tap into the talents of Mary Baldwin of Mary Baldwin Interiors. After carefully assessing our style, needs and budget limitations, she quickly conceived a vision for the space and then went to work to make it a reality. She did not disappoint! Collaborating with Ms. Baldwin has been both a pleasure and an education. To be honest, we thought we wanted an “all white” bathroom but were gently schooled in why this approach was not appropriate for our master bath. She showed us how the dark stained wood of a prominent, angular raker window in the peak of our vaulted ceiling and dark stained wood trim throughout the house (that we did not want to change), as well as the connecting master bedroom, “drove” the design and color choices.
