She took the time to learn our tastes and, as a result, we have four bathrooms that have served us well since their completion two years ago and no doubt will continue to do so. Throughout the lengthy project she was responsive to our questions and kept us informed regarding work progress. We do not speak Spanish, but she made herself available to facilitate conversations between us and the Spanish-speaking workers. We recommend her with enthusiasm for similar projects.”
