“Denny, the owner is a nice guy. I had 1000 sf of laminate done in one day. His crew was professional and got the job done in a day. The undercutting around the fireplace is perfect. They even ground down high spots in my cement foundation. GREAT PRICES!”

“We had a great experience with NG Floors on this large, whole-house hardwood floor installation. I was impressed by their responsiveness and conscientiousness. This was a tough job on an older house. What's important is how a contractor deals with the client when unanticipated problems arise. Throughout this project, Nazar and his team worked with us to overcome each obstacle in a way that was fair for both sides. Eugene and his team were very conscientious, working carefully and cleanly, and unilaterally doing helpful things like cleaning up after other subs, organizing materials on the project and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. They went out of their way to ask me questions about what I wanted in a particular situation or explaining why they were going to do something a certain way. Their attention to detail is important and shows a pride in workmanship often lacking with contractors. NG Floors was in the middle of the pack on price compared to other bids that we received, but delivered a superior result and a great value for the cost, especially when considering that we probably would have paid full markup on the subfloor install with another contractor. I can't say enough good things about our experience with them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”

“Blue Valley was a very professional, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and patient group with which to work. Mike, Chuck, and the installation crew were great. While our project was not major in size, Mike and Chuck had good suggestions and checked with manufacturers as we considered a complicated pattern. My wife and I never felt pressured into decisions. Mike was supportive of our hold on the project when COVID began as we weighed the overall future. We are very pleased with the install process by skilled craftsmen and the final project. Any concerns or issues were addressed in a timely matter. The work itself was as it had been presented and the house was left clean and neat. Mike and Chuck worked to give us the end product we wanted. We highly recommend Blue Valley Handcrafted Hardwood Floors. Thank you Blue Valley.”

“The project was a 1200 sf new carpet installation including the removal of the existing carpet. The sales rep worked with us for several weeks to get the right color, brand and quality. Carpet for our needs. He personally delivered several samples to our doorstep and provided ample information throughout the process. After the job was done he followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied and quickly addressed anything that was not perfect.”

“Herb did an absolutely fantastic job installing my high quality flooring, underlayment, and baseboards. He was super respectful of my recent new front door, painted walls and over all improvements from other trades, which I really appreciated. He was easy to work with, on time, provided excellent communication, with a very reasonable price. He came highly recommended to me from the flooring/tile shop we used to order all our quartz, tile and laminate from. On top of all that, he is just a nice person with a good work ethic. He treated my home as his own. Do not hesitate to call him. He is the 5th contractor we have had at our house in the last 5 months, and he was hands down better than all the others, whom I vetted meticulously. We do construction work ourselves, so we have pretty high standards for tidy, well done work. He will not disappoint.”
