“THE JOB -- Installed hardwood floors in kitchen, dining room, family room and bedroom. We visited their store and scheduled an appointment for Todd to view our home and make suggestions for hardwood floors. He showed up on time and talked at length with us about their services. He explained the differences in the types of flooring and how they would complete the job. Before the week was over, he called to present several estimates. His crew came early on the day scheduled and removed the old carpeting and other flooring. Todd came and went, supervising every step making sure that we were satisfied with the progress. They installed the hardwoods and subsequently returned to sand, stain and polyurethane the floors. They also cut remnants of the old carpeting (which was in good shape) and installed it in an upstairs bedroom and a closet. The crew was very professional, friendly and helpful. After finishing work each day, they cleaned up and left the house in good order. Our floors are beautiful! We are so very pleased with Suttles and would recommend them absolutely!”
