“The people at Sunshine Floors put the customer first. They have a lot of knowledge and will work with you to get your job done right the first time. R.T. came to give the estimate which was quick, but clearly he knows what he's talking about. Their price estimate was much more competitive than the 4 other quotes that I got for refinishing of the floors. The floors did require some extra work, but even then, the original time estimate was 6 days, but ended up being done in 3. R.T. had his team working at a very efficient rate. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. - Robert Harris”

We met him and he reviewed the project gave us an estimate and the job was done within 2 weeks. We are very happy with the way the floors came out. They look fabulous. “12/28/14 On the rare occasion when a job is performed that exceeds my expectations I would like to see that credit is acknowledged so others might find a similar benefit. I contracted with Matt Bruno (Palermo’s owner) and had the benefit of his foreman –Roberto- heading the crew. Roberto and crew worked at my house over a three day period. This was a basic sanding and poly job with both staircase and spindle areas that required more than machine work. I also required a follow up for touch up that occurred because I’m over exacting. The resulting work was professional, attentive to detail, crisp and done with a most positive attitude. They cleaned up each day and my wife had no issues to complain about. Under Roberto’s leadership the crew was able to affect the desired result. Matt and his people were able to answer all questions to my satisfaction in terminology I could understand. I interviewed a number of contractors before choosing Palermo and found Palermo’s pricing to be within the range of others. With the results I achieved, I would have gladly have paid toward the higher end and been equally satisfied. I did not experience delays in scheduling. With the volume of work this company does, you might have to be patient on setting a date I waited three to four weeks before the start date; but again the wait was worth the extra quality and professional service received. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend."”

“All-Wood Flooring has done two major refinishing jobs on original wood floors of our 1922 house, long hidden under wall-to-wall carpeting. We could not be happier with the results. The work was done promptly and as scheduled, including coping with long-hidden surprises such as a burn mark in one room and some water damage in another. The Grimaldis managed to get the jobs done without covering the rest of our house with dust, and they used some kind of magic finishing formula that had only the faintest, short-lived odor—on which we could walk on the floors in our stocking feet within hours. The rooms were spotless when they were finished. Highly recommended.”

He brought me samples and stained the wood so I could see what I was getting. And professional is an understatement. He is very passionate about the job and makes sure it gets done perfectly and on time. He even stepped in to help me paint when I needed it! The neighbors all came to see my beautiful new floors and can't wait to get theirs refinished too!”
