David's crew ripped up several areas of the floor that were really soft and replaced the subfloor and then replaced the hardwood. He also sealed up a basement entrance. It all looks seamless! The floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted; a matte finish with no yellow tint. To add to it, he is very responsive and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. His prices are also very competitive. NG Floors was in the middle of the pack on price compared to other bids that we received, but delivered a superior result and a great value for the cost, especially when considering that we probably would have paid full markup on the subfloor install with another contractor.
