La Bibliothèque de La Subtile est la combinaison de 9 casiers La Subtile. Les points d’attaches multiples des casiers invitent l’utilisateur à concrétiser ses configurations les plus personnelles. L’enchevêtrement des casiers permet un astucieux jeu de lignes et de perspectives proche de l’illusion d’optique. La finesse des bandelettes de métal qui constituent les casiers confère à l’ensemble une dimension aérienne, comme une légère lévitation. Qu’elle soit horizontale ou verticale, la bibliothèque de La Subtile peut être enrichie à l’infini par l’ajout du Casier La Subtile.

Refurbishment of a London apartment in the Homerton area. Internal alterations to convert this one bedroom flat into a two bedrooms flat - a master bedroom & a small bedroom/study - with an open living area. The aim was to bring light and a feeling of space in this dark ground floor flat. Photos of the completed project will be published soon!
