This project is the result of research and work lasting several months. This magnificent Haussmannian apartment will inspire you if you are looking for refined and original inspiration. Here the lights are decorative objects in their own right. Sometimes they take the form of a cloud in the children's room, delicate bubbles in the parents' or floating halos in the living rooms. The majestic kitchen completely hugs the long wall. It is a unique creation by eggersmann by Paul & Benjamin. A very important piece for the family, it has been designed both to allow them to meet and to welcome official invitations. The master bathroom is a work of art. There is a minimalist Italian stone shower. Wood gives the room a chic side without being too conspicuous. It is the same wood used for the construction of boats: solid, noble and above all waterproof.

Une chambre qui reprend les codes industriels, avec une tête de lit en papier peint industriel briques apparentes. Même la table de chevet, ou plutôt étagère murale, reprend le style de l'entrée avec une tablette en bois et une fixation en tuyaux de plomberie. La baladeuse murale repose sur une poulie et se règle.

Abricotier, sedum, aloe, myosotis, silène...

Il secondo bagno è molto luminoso, grazie al rivestimento in gres a rilievo bianco che caratterizza la parete dei sanitari e la doccia walk-in. Sulla base in total white spiccano gli accessori in nero: rubinetteria, illuminazione e termoarredo, con un gioco di contrasti essenziale.

Cet ancien atelier de 20m2 au cœur du quartier animé du 11è arrondissement de Paris se trouve pour autant être un écrin de sérénité. Donnant sur une cour pavée et dôté d’une grande verrière industrielle, le volume des lieux se prêtait parfaitement à une transformation en appartement. Afin d’y installer un véritable espace nuit, une mezzanine et son escalier aérien ont été réalisés, laissant ombres et lumière évoluer naturellement au fil des heures de la journée. Très fonctionnel, l’espace arbore tous les éléments indispensables du quotidien où les moindres détails ont été pensés.

Patères faites en brides et robinet de plomberie, dans un style résolument industriel pour cette entrée blanche ! Le rouge rappelle la descente d'escalier.
