love the cement planters and aqua pond
add a post & beam to side of deck to tie into front of house
like the up-lite planters and steps with built in deck seating. Possibly the wood rail fence to obscure the view from neighbours house
mix of concrete and wood for the deck
areas of lower deck need no railing
really like the sunken eating area with built in seating and planters. this might work with the hot tub as well
like the tile if affordable
like the high planters with maybe a screen fence behind that allows in light but not animals for shade garden area
