We like the thickness of the "roof" btwn the first and second floor.

This is too much glass everywhere. We'd like something contemporary but with warmth (it doesn't need to be all glass and steel).

We don't like that you can sit in "this" room of the house and see into "that" room of the house.

The windows being silver instead of black makes them look too industrial.

We both like this room. It looks like the whole room just flows from the outside to the other outside w doors that roll back into the house on one side and fleetwoods on the other side.

We like the scale of this room. It feels large and spacious but isn't a monster.

Stefanie doesn't like this as much but doesn't know why---maybe it's bc the windows are silver and they have "framing". She doesn't like the holes in the roof so the whole room "doesn't go together".

We like the wood in this house. It doesn't look cheap. It looks substantial and flows well throughout the house.

This isn't a necessary touch but we like that there's a fun gameroom that's different and the wood floor and ceiling.

We like how the house frames the view with high ceilings with a step out to the pool so the house feels completely indoor/outdoor. The ceilings feel TOO high but we do like the spaciousness.

We like how they have landscaping and colorful flowers that are integrated with the house and it seems to be very well coordinated.

We like the stone and the fact that there is landscaping even though the house is modern.

We like the stairs and the glass and the walls look sturdy.

This seems like a warm house, the wood is visible throughout. We like the fact that the bedroom on the top left has it's own "private" sitting area that is covered.
