Put it on a board and batten decorative "shutter" panel just bigger than the television all the way around (putting it in a frame), then hang the whole thing on a swing arm mount. This way, when it is back against the house, there is a shutter between the window and the tv. You can swing the shutter to a fairly open position so it doesn't block a critical window. Other choice is to hang a fixed board and batten panel at one end of the patio and run services / cords behind and along to it - perpendicular to the house. That sort of panel wouldn't be shutter sized - it would need to be more like a free standing wall at least as high as you want to mount the television and to be strong is probably full height to bottom of ceiling.
