Master Bath
This project shows a new construction guest bathroom with 12" x 24" Valentino gray tile using offset subway layout pattern for the tub surround and vanity wall from floor to ceiling (9 ft.). Floor tile is 3" x 9" Valentino gray tile using herring bone / chevron layout pattern. Floor also includes tile base. All exposed edges including windows, shower walls, and floor base are custom bull-nose profiled. Love the look of 12X24 wall tile with the 3X9 floor tile
For a handheld shower control, consider the natural arch of the cord. I've found the cords want to curve at roughly 8 inches (20 centimeters). Notice the perfect placement of the shower's handheld cord in this photo. It lines up with the temperature control in middle, and the hose connects to the wall right in line with the lower control valve.

Crisp Architects designed this custom installation to include two recessed medicine cabinets integrated into a mirrored wall. A push-to-open mechanism on the cabinet doors eliminated the need for door pulls and allowed the consistency of the mirrored surface to be highlighted, rather than its being visually interrupted.
