Ashlin and Kailee both love this look of the bookcase but really like the window seat. keep this in mind the proper window size to accommodate this vision. I also want to see if you can design their rooms unique and different from each other. Think outside of the box on what would be some cool features ???????

I like the stone columns but seem a little heavy. Maybe some type of columns and a wood beam leading into the great room which will have a stone fireplace and some stained box beams in ceiling.

love ,love, love this look. I do not want any detached garages but with the 4 car garage located on the left side of house, side load. showing this stone column , cedar post look anchoring the corners. no arches on garage doors unless your vision thinks it is needed. Finished Bonus room above the garage over 3 garage bays, the forth bay will have a set of stairs from the garage bay to storage above. yes to the dormer to give plenty of light to bonus I have not mentioned this to angie yet, but i would like to entertain making the bonus room to also serve as the guest bedroom, maybe have the bed location not closed off but a partition of some sort ( Like you drew for Patsy's suite in current home) . It would need a full bath in bonus room

different style of design of course but want the covered porch with enough room for chairs and a swing. not crazy about these big box columns, maybe go with more of a large cedar post look with stone columns. NO arches. Lower roof pitches keeping the roof size in check.
