I like the pull-out folding table. If we moved the laundry-room sink to under the window, with adequate legs to avoid the sump-pump, we could have a folding area, with cabinets above it, where the sink is now. The cabinets could extend from the window all the way across the washer and dryer. Problem: the sump pumps must remain accessible.
