Curtain rodes above window with blinds and drapes = love. I wish I could find a "long view" of Layla's kitchen. I always see this one corner. I think she's painted it white since this photo?

So quaint. I love the numbered plates above the sink. Oh yes, the SINK! Someday I WILL have a farmhouse sink. It reminds me of Grandma. :) Again, I'm loving the touches of bright green and the glass-front cab's.

There's a little too much going on here for me, but I love the open shelves for looks AND practicality. The bottom could double as a buffet when needed.

Love the romans with the white drapes. This is the window treatment to use in the dining room! Lots of privacy and ability to make it really bright or really dark.

I love the combo of rustic meets modern with the table and chairs / flooring. I also love the wood with the red and white. Now THAT is a great light! The adjacent room has the same color as an accent...perfect.
