“This family owned remodeling company is very high quality. We have used them for multiple projects. They give accurate bids and work well with change orders. One of our jobs was a property that we were not on site everyday. They were the only company I would trust alone on a job site. All in-house skilled tradespersons. Project Manager is great with questions and follow up at end of Project.”

“South Bay Home Services did a fantastic job on our remodel of our home. New tile flooring, new kitchen cabinets, opened our kitchen up and installed a beautiful counter top and installed two new vanities in both restrooms. The before and after pictures are amazing and we get so many compliments how beautiful our home looks. We are in the process of scheduling them to upgrade our shower in our master bathroom. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family. I’m so happy living in this beautiful home ❤️”

“My experience with DC for my kitchen renovation was smooth from start to finish. The entire team was professional, respectful, clean, focused, and thorough. They were were excellent with communication through all the phases of our remodel. Although, they offered all-inclusive professional services, they respected our relationships with our other contractors outside of DC and worked with their schedules, not placing any pressure on us to do full service with them or deny our job because of it. Communication is everything and helped with the remodel experience. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen. We highly recommend hiring Design Craft and would hire them again!”

His work is high quality, he stayed within our budget and everything was completed in a timely fashion. “We highly recommend CMK Construction Inc! This was our first kitchen remodel. Our sales consultant Bill made us feel comfortable with the process, walking us through all of the steps, going with us to pick out tiles and sinks, making themselves available at any time and through several methods of contact (phone, email, text). It was a no-brainer decision for us to go with CMK. In terms of the actual work, they hit a problem that required the work to last a couple of days longer. This was something they could not have foreseen. My view is, this is construction work, unexpected things might happen. What I cared more about was how they handled it - couldn't have handled the issue any better. They explained the issues and were very attentive. Importantly, they kept the budget we had agreed upon. Our kitchen looks great; we are very happy with the final results and enjoyed working with the whole CMK team. We would not hesitate to call on them again for future work.”

“Enguita Construction completely remodeled our master bathroom. We chose a custom double sink cabinet from Houzz.com and they brought in a cabinet maker to build the cabinetry. Everything was done with precision. Both Jim and Jason (owners) and their staff were courteous, neat, and professional, and certainly know their trade. One or both men were on site daily and there was a constant flow of communication between them and us. No surprises! We highly recommend them and we will use them again for future projects.”
