“I hired Craig Thompson (CSS-Tile) to do the following in my kitchen: Remove and replace existing laminate countertops with granite. Remove and replace existing tile backsplash with new tile backsplash. Install new sink and faucet. Enlarge the bar area. All the work was completely done beyond my expectations. Craig is a master at installing tile. His attention to detail was wonderful. He helped me in the selection of the tile, granite, sink and faucet. He was on-site when the granite was installed and made sure everything was done correctly. He built out the bar area with undermount supports that makes the bar seem to float with no obtrusive corbels. This was something I was unaware could be done and I know took longer to install than traditional supports. I'm grateful that he came up with that option. The project was completed on time and I'm extememly happy with the results.”

Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“So pleased with these two and their crew! They're a pleasure to work with in the home! Joan and Michel assisted in our kitchen remodel. We had undesirable tile in place which needed careful demolition, as we had already re-faced our kitchen doors. Not only was the demo quick, seamless, and ultra-respectful, they installed floor and backsplash tile well ahead of the quoted schedule. Since we were so pleased with their effort there, we asked to add paint and electrical work to finish off the job. They made quick work of that, too, with just another day and a half! Joan and reVision was key in assisting us to find affordable and varied tile options to choose from. Their craftsmanship and results are exceedingly satisfying - quality and excellence all around. They are knowledgeable beyond what they were hired for here at my home, and I can't wait to work with them again for my future bathroom reVision! Hope to see these two back next year for round two. “My relationship with AGC began in late 2020 when I hired them to remodel our main bathroom. I wanted our bathroom to reflect 20,000 leagues under the sea theming, and they not only did a fantastic job, they were able to help with ideation and some thematic touches, like our squid shower drain! I invited them back last summer to remodel the downstairs portion of our home. It was a huge overwhelming project, including our kitc hen, dining room, living room, guest suite (with full bathroom) and half bath. In the short time between our first bathroom project and this one, they had already incorporated a lot of prior feedback and grown their team. I knew it would be a difficult project- I had an idea for cabinet doors that I could not find anywhere, I wanted a rustic theme, but not farmhouse, and I wanted to incorporate a kayak chandelier we made, and I had lots of ideas of colors, theming, etc. The cabinets ended up having to be custom made, and AGC really delivered an amazing product. During the process they continued to deliver first class service. They established the work site with a set of dust barriers, and it really helped keep our living area separate from the chaos. Everyone who came to the house was courteous and professional. Our space was treated with respect and I felt comfortable with everyone who came in. Any questions and concerns we had were not only answered quickly but addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Want makes them stand out? Communication? Certainly. Responsiveness? absolutely. But AGC goes beyond even that. They really care about delivering a great product and making sure you're happy. We ran into snafus along the way, and AGC not only handled the issues, but they anticipated the ensuing chaos and helped us stay comfortable throughout it all. We demoed during the winter and had to get the gas turned off until we jumped through the permit hoops, and AGC made sure that we had heat and warm showers each day. Thank you so much to all of you for your hard work!”

These have included rehabbing the master bath, re-insulating the attic, replacing A/C units, configuring outdoor drainage, and much more. In some cases the professionals used to perform duties were Tier 1 employees, and in others, outside contractors of their selection. We have had good results with Tier 1, with jobs generally being completed on time and within budget, with high quality workmanship and materials.”

As a flooring subcontractor for several builders, I can say that George and Gretchen’s attention to detail is impressive. They question everything to help insure that the quality and final results they deliver to their clients is Top Notch and what was promised. As with any construction related business, issues always arise, but the professional manner to which they address and handle those issues is also impressive and I’ve worked with a lot of builders. If you’d like to work with a smaller Custom Builder that will actually have time to work with you, instead of throwing you into que, or pawning you off on less qualified, less caring subordinates…Double R Builders could be a good choice for you.””
