“Over the course of a two-year whole-house remodel and expansion, we had the pleasure of working with Next Level Austin and, in particular, Janice Hanks. From the very beginning, Janice and her team demonstrated exceptional creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. They collaborated seamlessly with our architect, builder, and family to create a cohesive vision that unified every aspect of the project. From selecting exterior and interior color palettes to roofing, flooring, cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware, Next Level guided us through every decision with confidence and remarkable taste. What impressed us most was their ability to balance beauty with functionality. Every recommendation reflected our personal style while elevating the overall design beyond what we could have imagined ourselves. The final design book they created tied the entire project together and became an invaluable roadmap throughout construction and furnishing. Even after construction was completed, the Next Level team continued helping us select and place furniture, rugs, pillows, and dining pieces that completed the home perfectly.
