“We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“Had Shane take off old mirrors in bath. We had custom cabinets put in that we're mad for us taller people. He had to repair drywall,install new cabinets. The bathroom is much more modern looking. He was easy to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend! Totally pleased with what he did for our master bath. Professional and always communicated with us.”

He has been very patient with me since I have so many questions. Not only is he a great contractor, but is a really nice person and easy to work with. “We were so thankfull to find John. We have seen other contractors and design builders and he was by far the most enjoyable to work with. His respect as to what we were looking for and eye for design was spot on and he had ideas that we would never have thought of to utilize the space. We were very impressed hoe he was able to have a clean work space and at the end of every day it was cleaner then we had it before he started the job. The price of the job was also very reasonable and considering his experience and awards were very surprised. We also felt very comfortable leaving him with our house for an extended period of time.We have already recommended him to some friends. Thanks you john for making our project go as smoothly and beautiful as it is. We would give 6 stars . Fred , Northern Baltimore county MD”
