“Joe Krick became our designer and he was excellent. He walked us through the whole process from beginning to end. He explained every part of the building of our new kitchen. If we had any questions he was prompt in answering the questions even while on his days off or on vacation and he would stop and check in physically to see how the work was going. He was easy to work with and we trusted him completely. He always went above and beyond to reassure us of the whole process. By having Joe Krick as our designer we didn’t have to worry about anything because he took care of everything and made sure it ran smoothly. He was really on top of things in fact he was always a step ahead.”

“KGT replaced all house exterior windows and doors, including adding transom windows and increasing a 6ft high slider to an 8 ft slider, painted the exterior, updated a guest bath and general other changes. Greg , John and crew were professional from start to finish, met deadlines and budgets, focused on quality, were fair and reasonable. They took great care in protecting furniture and work areas from dust and cleaned the work areas at the end of each day. If/when I am ready for the next phase of the remodel ( tearing down walls and redoing the kitchen) I would have KGT do the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone doing a remodel.”

“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“Cornerstone and our kitchen designer were absolutely great and very helpful. They scheduled each job and with experienced workmanship. Our kitchen designer took care of our community and association paperwork. He kept us informed of each step and gave us many ideas. We had new a totally new kitchen installed, counter tops, back splash, tile flooring in kitchen as well as the foyer, hallway, and guest bath. Everything has been done professionally. Cornerstone installed new base, trim, and doors, painted them, and the walls also. We asked to have them do some ceiling work etc. We have been very satisfied with their work and would recommend them anytime, anywhere.”

They were professional and very efficient and the owner Frank Aleman is very hands on an has a great personality. He went on to do a few extra jobs for us after the house was finished and we found him very easy to work with and eager to please. He has a great eye for detail and is a perfectionist. The results always exceeded our expectations. His company provides a variety of services besides painting and if he can't get it done he knows someone who can and who is as good as he is.”
