“After 50 years and many house remodeling experiences, Brandon Scherling is without doubt the best I have ever had. He listens to what you want, makes as many (or as few) suggestions as you want, pays attention to costs and is personally engaging. Best of all, he comes every day, on time, and if he can't make it, he calls to let you know why. He generally prefers to work 6 hours per day: 9 to 3 or 4, but in that time he gets as much done as most contractors in 8 or more. His subcontractors all have worked with him for some time and all work together well. Most important, they do a great job, paying attention to the small details and the large ones. I recommend him without question. Our project was a total kitchen remodel, including floor, walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, demolition of old kitchen. Price was reasonable: not the lowest, but also not the highest. He did not start the project until all supplies were available and on site, so once begun, he worked continuously until finishing 6 weeks later.”

“I hired La Villa Luxe to install hardwood floors going up the stair case and into the landing. This included installing transitions between each of five door ways on the second floor. The work is outstanding and very clean. It made a huge impact on how the entry to the house looks. The workers showed up on time and the job manager was definitely reachable and engaged.”

“Volpatti's renovated our master bathroom and we are so happy with it. The space is very small and we were very limited with the design options. Their expert design knowledge lead them to discover the shower was over top of the staircase coming upstairs which allowed us to go from a very small and tight 36" x 36" shower stall to a much bigger space by moving walls and using empty space over the stairs. This allowed me to have a seat in the shower as well as much more room overall. The installers were so kind and respectful to us and our home as to minimize the amount of dust throughout the rest of the house. The work they did so far exceeded our expectations.”

“I engaged Durham Properties Construction (DPC) to redesign my family room. They performed with a high level of professionalism and were extremely precise. In addition, I really appreciated the effort they made to be neat and not make a mess. For example, sawing and mixing was done outside so as to keep dust to an absolute minimum in the house.
