If we had any questions he was prompt in answering the questions even while on his days off or on vacation and he would stop and check in physically to see how the work was going. He was easy to work with and we trusted him completely. He always went above and beyond to reassure us of the whole process. By having Joe Krick as our designer we didn’t have to worry about anything because he took care of everything and made sure it ran smoothly. He was really on top of things in fact he was always a step ahead.”
