“We first met Dan and his team when he was contracted to build the soffiting for our new central hvac system in our home. Our house was built in 1853 and nothing is square, so this was not an easy task. The team of Constructive Design took a very rough looking air duct install and made it a masterpiece. The work they did looks like it was always here and a part of the house. In fact, they did such a great job that we use them whenever we need work done on our house. Since building the soffits, we have had them back to install a wooden screen door (which involved scraping 100 years of paint off the door frame, sizing the door, fitting and painting the door), fix walls that the previous owner did a terrible job spackling, fix a roof leak, and a number of other odd jobs that I did not have time to tackle myself. In short, Dan and his team are very respectful, honest, and they do great work. The best thing we got from installing our A/C system was discovering Constructive Design!”

“His ability to lay out a job is amazing,the cuts made around the Bathtub are perfect. The bathroom has one outside corner,I asked Bill not to use Bullnose tile around this corner, but to miter the porcelain tile. It came out perfect! The job is over one year old, and it looks like the day he finished it. I highly recommend him.”

“Finding a contractor and his team that I can truly trust is challenging, but Dan Bolger and his team has put my mind at ease. He was extremely honest from initial assessment to completion of the project, which took longer than expected but not because of his great team. It just showed the patience his team had to do the job right. The price was very reasonable for the high quality and craftsmanship of their work. I would highly recommend Dan and his group to anybody looking for a great contractor. They recently completed my complete kitchen renovation and I am extremely satisfied and look forward to having him work on my upcoming bathroom project.”

“My wife and I contracted with Royal to redo a small bathroom in our home. It came out beautifully. They are a family run business and they treated our home with respect, used the best materials and stayed pretty close to the schedule. Overall, the service was extremely professional. I recently (about a yearafter completion of the bathroom) had an occasion to drop by Royal to ask a question about a kitchen cabinet hinge I was having trouble locating. They were very gracious and helpful and actually gave us some hinges to try. When we come to doing the other full bathroom in our home, we'll be coming back.”
