When the base for the table arrived and there was damage in shipping, Debbie was quick to handle the exchange and resolve the problem with the shipper. In no time the new base arrived. Pat Ryan is an incredible designer with excellent sense of how people work in a kitchen. The 'minimum acceptable standards' such as clearances between a dishwasher and an island are thrown out the door, and Pat gives you a kitchen that truly functions. Angled cabinets and clipped corners to allow for better traffic flow. Pots and pans drawers that can hold enough cookware for a gourmet chef. A 'stuff' location with outlets for phone chargers. Pat's brother, Rich, serves as the General Contractor and between the two of them, nothing falls through the cracks. There is excellent communication between them and tremendous attention to detail.”
