Please help...looking for suggestions for entryway table ... wanting to have a lamp the size of that white one just not sure if that one is fitting , I feel like something is missing maybe?

Kommentare (5)Hi Valerie, Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I am trying since forever to find some pillows in a similar color like the mint in the carpet, but with no success till now. The carpet is 190X290 cm, in the pics is not completely unfolded. Hopefully it will fit well. A big piece of artwork is also on my wishlist, but i feel i need to buy those pillows first . Kommentare (6)Since you are not allowed to paint the ceiling, it should be the only wooden surface in the room. The floor can be covered by either wall-to-wall carpet or a large rug, but please check if a door that opens into the room will still be operable. Multi-use and visually light furniture is important in such a tight space. I would replace the bunk bed (you're too grown-up anyway) with a nice sleeper sofa like, for instance, Flottebo. And I'd buy a comfy chair that can be used for reading and as a desk chair. It should be unobtrusive and easy to move like this feminine rattan chair. If you don't need a desk on a daily basis, I'd recommend a height-adjustable notebook table (on casters) that can double as a side table next to the sofa/ bed. Again, multi-use is the key. Once you've chosen new furniture, you can decide on curtains, rug/ carpet and other decorative elements. Wall colors are usually the last decision because you can have millions of hues individually mixed. - vor 7 JahrenI would think about how you typically use the space. It sounds like you would put your keys there. Do you rest mail there or anything else? I personally like to use wax led candles on a timer in areas like that so that they can have something warm greet me. Another way to add warmth is a plant succulent or dried twigs. Also you could add seasonal items like right now I have some pine cones out but I typically put them away in the summer. I unfortunately don’t have any table like that right now because I have a crazy 18 month old who climbs and destroys anything like that lol. The closest thing I have is part of my Christmas display. But it’s a totally different space than yours.
