Foto ©MauroFontana The project for this house, located on the hillside of Alassio, was developed from the idea of occupying the space of a preexisting, abandoned ruin. Preplicating the volume of the previous building, a longitudinal body was added, mostly consisting of large windows. A closed cube, perforated by merely a few openings, and a parallelepiped opening up onto the wonderful surrounding terraced scenery of olive trees, stone fences and the sea. The house is organized over two floors above ground and one underground level, contained by a stone base. The interior of the joined lounge, kitchen and dining area reaches out beyond the physical boundary of the house, becoming a springboard onto the infinity pool. The design of the surrounding garden is of great importance to the project. Integrated into the surrounding nature, this Mediterranean garden embraces the property in a romantic style, typical for this stretch of Ligurian coast. The architectural project is enriched by certain artistic site-specific interventions commissioned by the Client.

Avec une vue charmante sur la campagne, ce bureau entièrement réaménagé offre confort et modernité. Pour ce projet, nous avons entièrement repensé un espace de travail dédié à la réflexion et à l’organisation. L’enjeu principal était d’optimiser l’espace en intégrant du rangement sans alourdir la pièce, tout en installant un bureau adapté à un usage professionnel. Nous avons travaillé des arrondis qui encadrent la fenêtre, apportant du relief et de la finesse, et qui structurent également l’espace. Pour ajouter de la profondeur à la pièce et offrir davantage de rangements, nous avons conçu un meuble en soubassement courant sur tout un pan de mur, surmonté d’une tapisserie illustrée qui crée une impression de perspective, aérant l’espace global. Les couleurs sont douces et épurées, instaurant une ambiance apaisante et inspirante, pour permettre de travailler dans des conditions agréables et sereines.

Diese wunderschöne Innentür mit Blumen- und Kolibrimotiven schmückt das Wohnzimmer einer Eigentumswohnung. Die Tür öffnet sich in einen hellen Raum, so kommen die schönen bunten Farben in dieser Beleuchtung gut zur Geltung. Das Hintergrundglas ist ein sehr seltenes Antikglas und das Glas der Blumen ist das sogenannte irisierte Tiffanyglas. Das Kunstglas wurde mit Tiffany Technik hergestellt, enthält 346 Glasstücke.

ans cet appartement parisien, il manquait une quatrième chambre pour que chacun des 3 enfants ait son espace ; celle-ci a donc été créée en récupérant des mètres carrés dans le salon. La cuisine a été repensée pour gagner en fonctionnalité et jouxter la salle à manger. Des rangements sur mesure ont été ajoutés dans le séjour et le couloir et la salle de bains a été entièrement rénovée.
