If we could do some sort of reclaimed wood treatment like this in the kitchen then it would pull those awful green countertops together, give it a little bit of character, and serve as a transition when looking out onto those beautiful views

A backsplash would make such a difference in that kitchen. The subway tiles look great and they will go with anything, so it could add a lot of resale value for Monica

We could replace the sliding door to the pantry/laundry room with refurbished glass doors and shelving along the back
