Christine's ideas
Dining area positioning in relation to kitchen is nice here
Slight separation from dining and living if space doesn't allow for any more. Natural light.
If space allows, having the living room separate or able to be separated from the kitchen/dining, either with half wall like here, or a wide sliding door that can remain open to keep a spacious feel but closed when necessary (but won't look too weird). Even a slight separation just to block off some noise etc from one room to the other.
Entrance to outdoor area near to kitchen?
Half bath downstairs
Half bath concept for downstairs- can be a little wider is space allows or rearranged if space requires
Positioning of mirrors to enhance light from windows?
Mirror wall/ built in robe if walk through wardrobe is too short/ not enough space
Walk-through robe to ensuite bathroom
Walk-through wardrobe to ensuite (with door separating), closed cupboards not open-air
Tall tri-panelled glass door to backyard/deck area to maximise natural light to the house (must also accommodate for a flyscreen so no folding doors)
Natural light in kitchen, dining area
Floating stairs, lots of kitchen bench space, island (can also be L-shaped and/or wider island to maximise bench space)
Natural light
Floating stairs (plus balustrade) - if practical
Natural light
Natural light. Rail above sink.
Double sink space, bench space, ironing board attachment. Space for dryer under sink if we add one later.
Big open windows like right hand side.
Front door ceiling height of first storey
Cladding over doorway to break up "boxy" flat look of front of house.
Lots of natural light, large bench space, separation of kitchen/dining and living area.
Hanging pots, small cupboard on top
