This is a house in our neighborhood. This is kind of like the other house on houzz I found. Really like this exterior with square matching pillars, 2 dormers, brick (maybe we'd do all brick and paint it white) with the green shutters and black steel framed windows and mahongany door. just an idea!

this is the den with fireplace/tv in between kitchen so kitchen has a tv mounted above the fireplace in a cabinet.
this is another idea- have a tv in the kitchen if the kitchen doesn't face the tv in the den.
