Just switch the sides the toilet/tub and sink are. -Ben, I like the set of drawers. They could fit under the window next to the shower on the end.

Agree*****Ben thinks the optimal layout for this bathroom is along these lines due to size drain needed for the toilet. Like where the towel rack is.

****If this layout is used the toilet should be closer to the tub & on that wall due to drain size. Another layout for guest bath with toilet beneath window, sink in corner and north window wall free with half level wall treatment in keeping with downstairs concept.

The tile work around the tub can coordinate with what ever tile is chosen for the home for behind the door. Guest bath tile along the wall to coordinate tile work with down stairs & prevent water damage near claw foot tub
