Absolute favorite!!! love the crown molding on the top and the layout. Would like to make the island a bit larger

I could do the center island sink if the island was nice and big like this. Also - there is plenty counter space by the stove.
I like the bit of cabinet in the dining nook - adds to glassware and serving wear storage space.
