These countertops are imperial danby marble. A bunch of my clients have used quartzite, ranging from White Macauba to La Dulce Vita, Taj Mahal and so on. You can see all these kitchens in my portfolio on Houzz.

Great question, not Nuvo, it is Natural stone. Calcutta Oro is what we refer to this stone in SF, but every dealer is different. Pentaquartz superwhite for the island, and all Calcutta Oro slab for backsplash and counter in the back of the kitchen. Good Luck!
