I like the look of this but it feels more like extra storage space than a true pantry. While I do like the open shelves above a countertop and deeper cabinets/shelves below, I see this space as really more food storage. I would only want it this way if we couldn't work enough cabinetry into the kitchen

I like how sturdy these baskets are and that they slide out like drawers. I can see the light exclusion for potatoes but I don't want cabinets in the pantry (or at least I don't think I do). How about a lid?

I like the baskets but they look a little flimsy. I really like the way the corner is used. I also like the varied shelf heights but they are overall too narrow
