Even though the fireplace is gas, the stacked wood gives it a look of wood burning. Bringing in the outdoors with a little stacked wood could look nice.

Do we want to consider copper sheeting as the metal element. I LOVE when the verdigris color sets in against the orange shimmer of the copper.
