Work those patterns! Love the fearless approach here. I mean if you can’t have fun with a kids room then where can you? There’s enough places for your eye to rest (neutrals and natural materials), that each pattern makes a statement without being overpowering.
Always love black and white with a pop of colour. Adding leather/browns and natural tones softens there space. And yay green plant!
