like the look of big mirror, with small amount of backsplash tile and painted vanity

functionally this could work for our space though i like a different style
like the backsplash- if we need to have it open without a door, consider making it "prettier"
like the countertop above laundry for folding, cabinetry aboe, drying rack, and close it off with pocket door.
