I realized that you have a gap above the back splash and below the fixtures, so the height of the mirror is actually a bit lower than what I measured (42") -- most of the mirrors I am seeing are 31" and that is probably right. I also wonder about the sticks that hold up some of the mirrors I have seen in the for sale stuff on RedFin.
