“We built a house in Blenheim on a challenging site with a reasonably steep slope, with the brief asking for a single level home with plenty of usable outdoor space, set well in the sun. Tony gave us realistic options with 3D illustrations and sun/shading visuals. His communication was efficient, easy, and to the point. We never felt that he was working with us while based in the northern hemisphere, halfway around the world. Tony arranged together with the builder all necessary permits and inspections, as well as attending timely to all requests of details or changes. It was a smooth, easy process with a great outcome and a home that is wonderful to live in. We recommend Tony without any reservations. In fact we are convinced that it would be difficult to match his level of service even if you are local.”

“Have used Dave Todd since the late eighties on a regular basis and I think that speaks for itself He is always easy to deal with, does what he says he will do is on time and on budget We have been in the Property business for 50 years both here in and in the UK and consequently have used and worked with many Architects and Draughtsmen so are in a position to comment Would recommend Dave Todd to anyone”
