Our first visit before we got the keys to our resale flat, we didnt managed to catch Kevin. Met his parents and got his contact, directly liaised with Kevin. He came down to have a look once we got the keys and his response was almost immediate. He came on Sunday morning and Sunday night quotation is out. I doubt many ID's will bother to come on a weekend and spend time to entertain customers but Kevin is exceptional, he went the extra mile to even gave pointers during 1st visit to our unit. He also shared what we can consider to do and what we should not do (e.g. hacking some part of the wall may cause additional cracks and damage the waterproofing, such things Kevin will spend time to explain. We went ahead with the reno works and was very satisfied with the services from E Home Concepts, Kevin. Everyday he will drop by to check and ensure the works are tip top quality. Work are always on schedule and never missed the date. Works are always completed on time and even in some cases earlier than expected but no compromise on quality. He will spend time to propose colours to match your scheme or concept and even advise you to avoid some colors as they can affect the mood. Today we have completed our Reno with Kevin and we are completely satisfied with the end product. Kevin vast experience opened up to more ideas on the house concept which suits to our taste.
